BASIC INFORMATION<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][mk_divider style=”thin_solid” divider_width=”custom_width” custom_width=”50″ align=”left” thickness=”3″][vc_column_text disable_pattern=”false” css=”.vc_custom_1727708175005{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]BACKGROUND<\/strong> The Grove Resort Community Development District\u00a0(\u201cDistrict\u201d) is an independent\u00a0special district, created pursuant to and existing under the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida\u00a0Statutes, and established by the County Commission of Ordinance 2016-29 on December 5, 2016. The public purpose of the District is to finance and manage the acquisition and construction, maintenance, and operation of public infrastructure and other public facilities within the boundaries of the District.\u00a0The District includes within its boundaries\u00a0approximately 105.69 acres.\u00a0 A map of the District\u2019s boundaries can be found here: PDF<\/a> | RTF<\/a> \u00a0DISTRICT INFRASTRUCTURE AND PROPERTY<\/strong> The District issued its various Bonds (\u201cBonds\u201d) to fund the construction and\/or acquisition of stormwater management improvements, landscaping, utility improvements, and roadway improvements. DISTRICT ANNUAL BUDGETS<\/strong> The District will annually approve both a Debt Service Budget and an Operations and Maintenance “O&M” budget. The Series various Bonds require level annual debt service and so the Bond Debt Service Budget will not vary substantially from year-to-year. \u00a0 DISTRICT ANNUAL NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENTS<\/strong> The District annually levies and collects from property owners, within its boundaries, both a debt service assessment and an O&M assessment. The bond debt service assessment helps amortize the various Bonds. The O&M assessment funds the District’s annual O&M activities.
